Panfried sliced chicken fillet with salt and pepper

Method:.......................








1. Slice chicken fillet into finger-thick strips.
2. Mix salt, pepper and sesame in a mortar until finely ground.
3. Place 1 into 2 and make sure everything is well mixed.
4. Heat oil in the pan (medium heat). 
5. Add chicken strips one by one in the pan. Fry on both sides   until they turn golden brown in color.
